Zomnotho Community Development NPO, in partnership with KwaZulu-Natal Department of Social Development and Amajubemhlanhla Cultural Group, proudly commemorated Youth Month with the youth maidens of KwaNdwalane Tribal Authority .
The programme focused on inspiring young people to make positive life choices, preventing teenage pregnancy, addressing social ills, and raising awareness about HIV/AIDS among the youth.
We were honoured to have motivational messages delivered by Pastor Lukhozi, Acting Principal of Nkonka High School, and Miss Noxolo Mchunu from Zomnotho Community Development NPO. Their words encouraged the young women to remain focused, responsible, and committed to building brighter futures.
This successful event marks the beginning of an ongoing initiative dedicated to empowering, educating, and supporting young people within our communities.
As part of the programme, sanitary packs donated by Boxer Superstores and school shoes donated by PEP were distributed to beneficiaries. We also extend our sincere gratitude to KFC Marburg for generously sponsoring meals for all participants.
A heartfelt thank you to all our partners, sponsors, stakeholders, and community members whose support made this programme a success. Together, we continue to invest in the future of our youth.
